This program uses the SOT-23-6 package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 6, a number of functions are performed.For precise voltage measurements, ±0.05% is the tolerance.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 3.3V.A 1 output is sufficient.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -55°C~125°C TJ.You can find other relevant parts by searching for "REF3433".Input applications can use the voltage reference with 10mA.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 3.35V.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 3.35V~13V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 3.3V is generated.It is powered by a current of 95μA which is used for its operation.It is tested whether a voltage reference ic can output its maximum voltage 3.30165V.
