REF2025AIDDCR Overview
A handy SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package is used.Uses the handy Series package. The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 5.Voltage reference with ±0.05% tolerance. The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5V voltage. In this case, it is sufficient to generate 2 outputs. The user can enter input on the Fixed form. The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure. The voltage reference ic is settled with 5 pins. For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.Search "REF2025" for other relevant parts.Applications with 20mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference. The maximum output voltage is 2.5V.There is 2.5V voltage output lower than 2.5V from the voltage reference ic.The supply voltage must be 5V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 2.52V~5.5V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.24V 2.5V.Idle parts use 360μA.The supply current is 460μA.
