REF1004I-1.2G4 Overview
A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tube package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±0.3% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "REF1004" for other relevant parts.Applications with 20mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 10μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.235V.
