Packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case, the buffer op amp is ready to use. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Voltage Feedback-type. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. The number of terminations is approaching the 14 mark. It consists of a total of 14 pins in total. The linear amplifier should be run at 5V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it.
