OPA4140AIDR Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. Buffer amps of this type are called J-FET-types. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. In recent months, the number of terminations has approached 14. Linear amplifier has a total of 14 pins. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 18V. Instrumentation amplifier is a part of Operational Amplifier. It has 14 pins that make up the linear amplifier. Op amp rates 120μV as input offset voltage. This electronic component is recommended to be mounted using the mounting type Surface Mount. The buffer amplifier functions well at -40°C~125°C as far as operating temperature is concerned. Operational amplifier can operate supply current at 1.8mA. The voltage gain should stay at 126dB. This op amp ic outputs Rail-to-Rail signals, which is one of the many benefits it has. Op amp has total of 4 elements. The operating supply voltage of instrumentation amplifier is rated 18V voltage. This linear amplifier pack is based on the TR axis.
