A 10-WFQFN case is used to package the op amp. Voltage Feedback-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) case. A total of 10 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. A total of 10 pins are attached to buffer op amp.
