Description
An operational amplifier with two FET inputs, the OPA2604AP is made for improved AC performance. High-quality audio and other applications that need for dynamic performance benefit greatly from low distortion, low noise, and wide bandwidth.
Low harmonic distortion is produced via new circuit techniques and specialized laser-trimming of dynamic circuit performance. The outcome is a functioning amplifier with superb sound quality. Even with a high source impedance, the OPA2604AP's low-noise FET input offers a wide dynamic range. To reduce the need for interstage coupling capacitors, offset voltage is laser-trimmed.
The OPA2604AP is offered in 8-pin plastic mini-DIP and 8-pin SOIC surface-mount packages, both of which are temperature-rated for use between -25°C and 85°C.
