OPA2378AIDCNR Description
OPA378 and OPA2378 represent a new generation of zero-drift micro-power operational amplifiers that use proprietary automatic calibration techniques to provide minimum input offset voltage (20uV) and offset voltage drift (0.1uV/C). Combination of high gain bandwidth (900KHz) and low power consumption (maximum 150uA) with low input voltage noise.Enable these devices to achieve the best.In addition, excellent power rejection ratio performance, combined with a wide input power range of 2.2V to 5.5V and rail-to-rail input and output, makes it an excellent choice for single power applications that are directly battery powered and unrestricted.OPA378 (single version) is available in miniature SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages. OPA2378 (dual edition) is available in SOT23-8 packaging. All models can operate in the range of-40 °C to + 125 °C.
