OPA129U Description
OPA129U is an ultra-low bias current monolithic operational amplifier in an 8-pin PDIP and SO-8 package. Using advanced geometry and electrically isolated FET (Difetinput), the monolithic amplifier achieves a high level of performance.
DIFET manufacturing eliminates the isolated junction leakage current, the main contributor to the input bias current of the traditional monolithic FET, thereby reducing the input bias current by 10 to 100 times. Very low input bias current can be obtained without resorting to small geometry FET or cMOS, which may be suppressed by greater offset voltage and poor power supply.
The OPA129 special pin pin eliminates the leakage current that occurs with other operational amplifiers. Pins 1 and 4 have no internal connection, and even the surface mount package version allows the circuit board to protect the trace.
OPA129 offers 8-pin DIP and SO packages, specified to operate in the range of-40 °to + 85 °C.
