MSP430F5438AIPZR Description
The MSP430F5438AIPZR is a 16-bit ultra-low-power Mixed-signal Microcontroller featuring a powerful 16-bit RISC MSP430 CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that contribute to maximum code efficiency. The architecture combined with five low-power modes is optimized to achieve extended battery life. The digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) allows wake-up from low-power modes to active mode in less than 3.5μs (typical). The device configurations with three 16-bit timers, a 12-bit A/D converter, three-channel internal DMA, up to four universal serial communication interfaces (USCIs), a 32-bit hardware multiplier, and 87 general-purpose I/O pins. This MSP430F5438AIPZR operates at a maximum frequency of 25MHz.
