MSP430F5435IPN Description
The TI MSP line of ultra-low-power microcontrollers consists of a number of components with varied peripherals geared toward different applications. In portable measurement applications, the architecture is tailored to achieve longer battery life through the use of five low-power modes. The system includes a potent 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that help the code run as efficiently as possible. The device can wake up from low-power modes to active mode in less than 5 microseconds thanks to the digitally controlled oscillator (DCO).
Three 16-bit timers, a high-performance 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC), up to four universal serial communication interfaces (USCI), a hardware multiplier, DMA, an alarm-capable real-time clock (RTC) module, and up to 87 I/O pins are all features of the MSP430F543x and MSP430F541x microcontrollers.
