MSP430F5359IPZ Description
The TI MSP line of ultra-low-power microcontrollers consists of a number of components with varied peripherals aimed at different applications. In portable measurement applications, the architecture is tailored to achieve longer battery life through the use of five low-power modes. The system includes a potent 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that help the code run as efficiently as possible. The gadget can wake up from low-power modes to active mode in 3 s thanks to the digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) (typical).
