In order to protect the op amps, a 8-XFDFN Exposed Pad case is used. Op amps are General Purpose types of amplifier on the chip. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations is approaching the 8 mark. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 1.8V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier.
