LP5990TM-1.8 Description
LP5990TM-1.8 is a type of CMOS low dropout voltage regulator specified for a -40°C to 125°C junction temperature range. It is specifically designed to provide an accurate output voltage, low noise and low quiescent current for portable, battery-powered systems. with the push pull architecture, fast shut-down can be achieved. It is available in DSBGA Package (0.4mm pitch) to save board space.
