LP3990MFX-1.8 Overview
In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a SOT-23 case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 5 terminations that can be connected. At present, it can produce an output of up to 150mA. A total of 5 pins are located on this chip, making it the size of a standard chip. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. Depending on the chip, 5 pins may be available. As far as the regulator type, it is a FIXED POSITIVE SINGLE OUTPUT STANDARD REGULATOR type. It operates in the 43μA Quiescent Current state. Generally, this voltage regulator IC can output 1.8V volts on a system level.
