LP3907QSQ-JXIP/NOPB Description
LP3907QSQ-JXIP/NOPB is a type of programmable power management unit (PMU) integrating two step-down DC-DC converters, two linear regulators, and an I2C interface. A host controller can access the device's internal control registers. It is specifically designed for low-power FPGAs, microprocessors, and DSPs. The LP3907QSQ-JXIP/NOPB PMU provides overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and under-voltage lockout. It can deliver high efficiency when used for applications requiring light loads as a result that it operates with the PFM mode and reduced switching frequency and supply current.
