LP3892ET-1.5 Description
LP3892ET-1.5 linear voltage regulator uses transistors or FETs operating in their linear region to subtract excess voltage from the applied input voltage to produce a regulated output voltage. It is packaged in small packages with excellent performance and value-added features such as thermal overload protection, safe current limiting, and a shutdown mode that significantly reduces power consumption.
