LP38693SD-ADJ/HALF Description


LP38693SD-ADJ/HALF is a type of low-dropout CMOS linear regulator stable with a ceramic output capacitor. With ultralow equivalent series resistance (ESR) ceramic output capacitors, it is able to provide tight output tolerance, extremely low dropout voltage, and excellent AC performance. It is available in the WSON or SOT-223 package with low thermal resistance to achieve the use of the full operating current even in high ambient temperature environments. With a PMOS power transistor, no DC base-drive current is required to bias it.
