LP2998MRE/NOPB Overview
The voltage regulator supports a total of 1 outputs. Transport is made easy with the package of 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). We are ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. In addition to Converter, DDR, this electrical regulator targets other applications as well. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~125°C TJ to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.2V~5.5V. Providing 2.5V voltage, the power regulator is capable of handling a wide range of tasks. There is a quiescent current of 320μA in this alternator regulator. In order to interface with this regulator, OTHER TERMINATOR IC is used.
