LP2985AIM5-4.8 Description
The LP2985-N low noise linear (LDO) regulator only needs a 300 mV input dropout voltage to produce an output current of up to 150 mA. The LP2985-N provides unmatched performance for all battery-powered designs thanks to an enhanced vertically integrated PNP (VIP) process. With only 75 A quiescent current at 1 mA load and 850 A at 150 mA load, the LP2985-N device delivers precision output voltage with 1% tolerance. A 10-nF bypass capacitor can be used to cut the output noise to 30 VRMS over a 30-kHz frequency.
