LP2981A-29DBVTG4 Description


Fixed-output, low-dropout regulators from the LP2981 and LP2981A families provide excellent, economical performance for both portable and non-portable applications. The family, which comes in fixed voltages of 2.8 V, 3 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V, can produce 100 mA of continuous load current and has an output tolerance of 0.75% for A-grade devices and 1.25% for a standard grade. Overcurrent and overtemperature protection are two common aspects of regulators.
