LMX1602SLBX Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TFQFN, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 235. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, TTL, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.1GHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. There are 2.7V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS logic levels. An electrical part such as this one can be classified as a PLL Frequency Synthesizer, Delta Sigma component. This clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. The related electrical components for the base part number LMX1602 can be found below. A PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits clock generator is essentially what this device is. This clock generator is a member of PLLatinum? series.
