LMT90DBZT Overview
The analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. Analog sensors are protected from damage by TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. A 3 pin is required for proper operation of this sensor. This electronic part has 3 terminations. In the case of analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 130μA. In theory, this sensor can be powered by 130μA current. A sensor's current output should typically be 10mA for optimal performance.
