LMS3655LQRNLTQ1 Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 22 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mount switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 250kHz~500kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.9V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. DC DC switching regulator's 5.5A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 36V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 13.5V as the nominal input voltage. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LMS3655. Voltage can be produced at 5V volts by voltage regulator. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 22 pins. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family.
