A Cut Tape (CT) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 22 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 22-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 250kHz~500kHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3.5A. 36V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 13.5V. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the LMS3635 family of voltage regulator 12vs. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 5V volts.
