LMR36006FSC3RNXTQ1 Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 12 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 12-VFQFN package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2.1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.2V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 600mA. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 60V. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 24V for the purposes of operation. As a member of the LMR36006 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 3.3V volts. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this electronic voltage regulator 12v is part of the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family. Switching regulators with the ALSO AVAILABLE IN PFM MODE feature are more efficient and stable than those without.
