Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a SOT-23 case. A OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Cut Tape case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. Buffer amplifier has a total of 5 pins on it. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 2.5V. An 5-pin op amp ic is included in the package. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 150μV. This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than -40°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 125°C degrees. Regarding the voltage of the supply, this electrical part can work from a voltage as low as 5.5V, and this is an excellent feature.
