LMC6953CM/NOPB Overview
This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tube-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When a supply voltage of 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. Power management has a total of 8 pins. The pins of the power management system count 8. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.5V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts in this IC power. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TJ. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 800μA. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to LMC6953, the base PMIC number. There is a requirement for 5V power to power this power management.
