LM94023BITMX/NOPB Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). To prevent damage to the analog sensors, they are packaged in 4-WFBGA, DSBGA packages. A 4 pin is required for proper operation of this sensor. 4 terminations are present in this electronic part. As a result, the analog sensors could supply a current 5.4μA. Ideally, analog sensors should have 8.1μA current flowing from their GND terminal. In order to achieve the best performance, the sensor's current output should be 7000μA.
