LM90CIMMX/NOPB Overview
The analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. A 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package protects the analog sensors from damage. A proper operation of this sensor requires 8 pins. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it has 8 terminations. Analog sensors could supply 800μA current when operating. If the analog sensors were operating, they could supply 3.3V. It is recommended that the GND terminal should have a current of 800μA flowing from it.
