LM70CILDX-5 Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that analog sensors be packaged in 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad packages to prevent damage to the devices. A proper operation of this sensor requires 8 pins. The electronic part has 8 terminations. Analog sensors should have a current flowing from the GND terminal of 490μA.
