LM70CILD-5 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. As a precaution, the analog sensors are placed into 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad packages in order to protect them from damage. In order to operate properly, this sensor has 8 pins. This electronic part contains 8 terminations. An analog sensor could provide a voltage of 5.5V when it operates. Analog sensors should have a current flowing from the GND terminal of 490μA.
