LM50BIM3 Overview
It is for safety reasons that these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). A TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package protects analog sensors from damage. As a result, the sensor has 3 pins for proper operation. In this electronic part, there are 3 terminations. It is possible that the analog sensors are operating with a current of 10mA. In analog sensors, the GND terminal should have a current of 130μA. In nominal terms, this sensor can supply 130μA current. As a general rule, the sensor's current output should be 10mA if optimal performance is to be achieved. An output voltage of 12.6V is generally expected from a sensor.
