LM5017MRX/NOPB Description
The LM5017MRX/NOPB is a synchronous step-down regulator that runs at 100 V and 600 mA and has built-in high side and low side MOSFETs. The constant-time (COT) control scheme of the LM5017MRX/NOPB offers low loop compensation needs, excellent transition response, and extremely high step-down ratios. The on-time changes inversely with input voltage and has a nearly constant frequency over the input voltage range. Bias power for integrated gate drivers and IC internal functioning is provided by a high voltage starting regulator. Protection is offered by an anti-overload circuit with a peak current restriction. The under-voltage lockout (UVLO) circuit allows for individual control of the input under voltage threshold and hysteresis. Thermal shutdown and bias supply under-voltage lockout are two more safety measures (VCCUVLO).
