LM4121AIM5-ADJ Overview
A handy SC-74A, SOT-753 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 5.Voltage reference with ±0.2% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 1.218V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.There are 5 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 5 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "LM4121" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 5mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage is 1.218V.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 14V.The supply voltage must be 3.3V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 1.5V~12V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.216V.Idle parts use 250μA.During operation, it uses a current of 275μA as its supply current.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 1.8V voltage at least.It would send a maximum voltage of 12V.
