LM4040D41ILPRE3 Overview
A handy package called TO-92 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Shunt. The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program. The 3 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of 1%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 4.096V voltage is output. The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.3 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins that are settled.15mA input applications can use the reference voltage. In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 15mA.Generally, the cathode current should be 88μA.Its lowest voltage output is 4.096V.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.Temperatures above 125°C are not recommended for operation. The unit can operate at temperatures as low as -40°C.A voltage of 4.096V is output.
