LM335Z/LFT7 Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Analog sensors are isolated in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages to protect them from damage. For the proper operation of this sensor, there are 3 pins. In this electronic component, there are 3 terminations. In operation, the analog sensors may supply a voltage of 5mA. GND should flow 1mA current to analog sensors.
