LM321MF Description
Low-power systems benefit from the LM321MF's performance and efficiency. The quiescent current is only 430A/amplifier with a high unity gain frequency and a guaranteed 0.4V/s slew rate (5V). Because the input common-mode range includes ground, the device can be used in both single-supply and dual-supply applications. It's also capable of driving big capacitive loads with ease. The SOT23-5 package contains the LM321MF. Overall, the LM321MF is a low-power, wide-supply-range performance op-amp that can be used in a variety of applications at a reasonable cost without taking up significant board space.
