A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 20 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. Up to 1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V.
