LM2904ITP/NOPB Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 8-UFBGA case is used. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. It is estimated that there will be 8 terminations in the next few months. In this case, there are 8 pins on the board. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 5V. It should be noted that this type of buffer amplifier is exactly what is known as a Operational Amplifier device. The buffer op amp includes 8 pins. Op amp rates 7mV as input offset voltage. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. In terms of operating temperatures, this buffer amplifier works very well at a temperature of around -40°C~85°C . It is possible to operate this buffer amplifier from a supply current of 1mA . The voltage gain should stay at 100dB. There are 2 elements in this buffer amplifier. The operating supply voltage of instrumentation amplifier is rated 16V voltage. This linear amplifier pack is based on the TR axis.
