LM2678SX-ADJ/NOPB Description


LM2678SX-ADJ/NOPB developed by Texas Instruments is a type of SIMPLE SWITCHER® high-efficiency 5-A step-down voltage regulator featuring excellent line and load regulation. This monolithic integrated circuit is able to offer all of the active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator capable of driving up to 5-A loads. A low on-resistance DMOS power switch is used to achieve high efficiency (>90%). It can be designed using a few external components.
