It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating.
