LM22677TJE-5.0/NOPB Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 7 terminations are present. Adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is ensured based on the minimal supply voltage of 4.5V V. As long as the supply voltage is greater than 42V, the voltage regulator 12v will operate correctly. A frequency of 500kHz enables dc to dc voltage regulator to maintain high accuracy.
