LM20SIBP Overview
The analog sensors are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT) for safety reasons. For protection against damage, analog sensors are enclosed in 4-VFBGA packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 4 pins. This electronic part has 4 terminations. Ideally, the sensor's current output should be 10μA.
