LM20CIM7X/NOPB Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). Analog sensors are protected from damage by 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. For proper operation, this sensor has 5 pins. Electronic part with 5 terminations. Sensor voltage should be 5.5V in DC circuits. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 2.4V. In analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 4.5μA. It is recommended that the sensor's current output be set to 10mA for optimum performance.
