LM20BIM7 Overview
These analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. Analog sensors are protected from damage by 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 5 pins. This electronic part has 5 terminations. During normal operation, the analog sensors can supply 7μA current. DC circuits containing this sensor should be able to supply a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 2.4V. When using analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 4.5μA. This sensor can theoretically be powered by 4.5μA current. The sensor's current output should generally be 10mA for optimum performance. There should be no voltage output from the sensor.
