LM137H1PQMLV Description
The LM137H1PQMLV is a 3-terminal adjustable negative voltage regulator with a maximum output current of 1.5 A and an output voltage range of 37 V to 1.2 V. With only 2 external resistors needed to set the output voltage and 1 output capacitor for frequency compensation, these regulators are incredibly simple to use. With regard to superior control and minimal thermal transients, the circuit design has been optimized.
The LM137H1PQMLV series also has internal current limiting, thermal shutdown, and safe-area compensation, which practically prevents them from blowing up under overload.
Numerous applications, including as local on-card regulation, programmable output voltage regulation, and precision current regulation, are supported by the LM137H1PQMLV. The LM117 adjustable positive regulators are the perfect match for the LM137H1PQMLV.
