LF347M Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. J-FET-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tube case. In recent months, the number of terminations has approached 14. In this case, there are 14 pins on the board. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 15V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier. A type of Operational Amplifier buffer op amp is what this device is specifically, to be more precise. The op amp ic has an array of 14 pins on it. In terms of input offset voltage, operational amplifier rates 10mV. For this electronic part, it is recommended that you mount it with type Surface Mount. With regard to operating temperature, op amp ranges 0°C~70°C. Operational amplifier can operate supply current at 7.2mA. 100dB should remain the voltage gain. There are a total of 4 channels available on the op amps. The operating supply voltage of instrumentation amplifier is rated 18V voltage. As the name implies, BI-FET II? refers to the series of the buffer op amp.
