ISO7742QDWQ1 Description
The ISO7742QDWQ1 automotive device is a high-performance, quad-channel digital isolator with 5700 VRMS (DWW package), 5000 VRMS (DW package), and 3000 VRMS (DBQ package) isolation ratings per UL1577. This family of devices has reinforced insulation ratings according to VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC. The ISO7742QDWQ1 device provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os.
