ISO7721FQDQ1 Description


According to UL 1577, the ISO772x-Q1 devices are high-performance, dualchannel digital isolators with isolation values of 5000 V RMS (DW package) and 3000 V RMS (D package). Devices in this family have reinforced insulation ratings in accordance with VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC.



ISO7721FQDQ1 Features


  • a broad supply range of 2.25 to 5.5 volts

  • Translation from 2.25-V to 5.5-V levels
